Additional meals are provided onsite and can be availed at additional charges. The caretaker is also present on-site to assist you at all times. We offer healthy home-cooked meals prepared, please refer to the menu for all details
No check-in or entry into the guest areas or cottages will be allowed without payment of 100% booking amount, and submission of valid photo ID proof of all guests.

TAC and any others commissions/agency fees are excluded from this package cost.
No Room Service, no food or smoking allowed inside rooms, however you can smoke in the balconies and the outside area.
Charges applicable in case of damages to any property assets or creating or leaving behind any garbage, waste material inside/outside rooms or causing any disturbances or unhygienic conditions.
On an occasion where any pollutants food or drink have fallen into the pool, cleaning charges of ₹ 20000 is chargeable as it involves professional help, chemicals, water tankers.
Non-paying individuals / Drivers / Chauffeurs not allowed inside the resort property. Their sleeping/meal/washroom arrangements can be made in common areas @ ₹ 1,000/- per person per night.

Booking Cancelled 24 hrs. prior to arrival will carry 100% retention charge.
Booking Cancelled 07 days prior to arrival will carry 75% retention charge.
Booking Cancelled prior the above time frame would resultin 20% retention.
A no-show will carry a 100% retention charge.
The Resort check-in time is 1300 hours and checkout time is 1000 hours. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. An additional charge of 50% of the Cottage rate paid will be applicable for late check-outs post 01:00 pm and 100% charge will be applicable post 20:00 hours.
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of making the reservation.
All non-guaranteed bookings will be guaranteed only after paying 100% advance amount. The Resort reserves the right to release the reservation without prior notice.
Special terms&conditions may be applicable to certain promotional rates or during black-out periods.
We appreciate your cooperation in making your stay enjoyable and comfortable.

Please don’t put any decoration items that tamper with anything on the property. Please don’t bring flammable or explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smell into the villa premises.
Strictly no drugs, or any illegal/immoral activities. This villa does not permit any sort of parties/events; however, we can help you organise sit-down dinners or barbecues with on call chefs with prior permission.
Music has to be taken inside the villa between 10:00 pm – 08:00 am. It is legally disallowed and neighbours have a right to their peaceful rest while you enjoy your vacation.
Our official permission to run a rental villa obliges us to follow the rules. Your cooperation and understanding is appreciated. We have an open pool and no life guard on duty, the owners/management company cannot be held responsible for any mishap especially relating to children
Use the furniture only after you’ve dried yourself up completely after pool. We encourage our guests to not use and discard the towels, water conservation is our top priority
It should be ensured that the main gate is kept closed at all times. It should be ensured that the children don’t venture out of the main gate UNESCORTED. It may be noted that the traffic on the road outside the main gate ALWAYS MOVES AT A VERY HIGH SPEED. Thus the guests are requested to ensure their safety at all times.

Check-in is available from 2 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 10 AM
Visitors and Additional Guests: Please refrain from hosting visitors or additional guests during your stay to avoid extra charges
Noise and Parties: No late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM
Illegal Activities: Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are strictly prohibited. The management may report such activities to local authorities, leading to eviction
Pool Safety: No lifeguard on duty at the pool. Parents or guardians must supervise children
Valuables: Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items
ID Proofs: Only Aadhar Cards, Driver’s Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID
Management’s Decisions: The management’s decisions are final and binding
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 5000 rupees will be collected. Any actual damages caused during your stay will be deducted from this deposit
Parking: Parking is available exclusively for up to 2 private vehicles.

Our Policy
